We do not make returns and exchanges unless there is a defect caused by our company, on any jewelry products made from a personalized hair strand.
For problems that you think are caused by our company, if you provide us with information about the problem within 1 business day (24 hours) after the date the product arrives to you by cargo, our authorized workshop will conduct an inspection. If it is determined that there is a problem caused by our company, your product will be repaired and maintained or replaced.
